Founded in 1940, William Angliss Institute is a specialist centre for hospitality, tourism and culinary arts. Over the past 70 years, it has become Australia's premier provider of training for these industries. The insitute has some 23, 00 Australian and 1, 300 international students on campus each year and is located in the hearty of Melbourne.

It has offices in Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane and Sydney with staff skilled in developement of materials, learning strategies and programmmes to support in-house, flexible and remote delivery for industry.
