New Master of Advanced Engineering to launch at Monash in 2015

The Faculty of Engineering at Monash University has announced the launch of a new coursework Masters degree in Advanced Engineering for 2015. The programme, which will be available to start in semester 1 (February) or semester 2 (July) each year, is designed to equip students with specialist knowledge and expertise in their chosen field of engineering.

The following specialisms will be available: Chemical, Civil, Electrical and Computer Systems, Materials and Mechanical Engineering.

It will also be possible to combine the Master of Advanced Engineering with a second Masters, such as the Master of Business, Master of Business Information Systems or the Master of Information Technology, which would allow you to graduate with a double Masters.

To be eligible to apply to the Master of Advanced Engineering students need to have an undergraduate degree in Engineering that gives them professional accreditation as an engineer.

All students beginning the Master of Advanced Engineering at Monash in 2015 will be eligible for a one-off commencing scholarship of AU$6,000 toward their tuition fees.
