New virtual learning environment at Griffith School of Pharmacy
A brand new virtual learning environment has opened at Griffith University’s School of Pharmacy. This cutting edge facility allows students to totally immerse themselves in different environments such as a hospital or community pharmacy anywhere in the world without even having to leave the classroom!
Dr Grant from the School of Pharmacy says that this will allow students to “completely control the pace of their learning and interact with virtual patients in more or less any environment that is relevant to their work-integrated learning needs.” The new technology will also facilitate better student preparation for placements.
Professor Davey, the Head of the School of Pharmacy says that this facility showcases the fact that Griffith University is at the forefront of this type of education. You can read more about this great facility on the Griffith University website.
Griffith University are also coming to our Open Days next week, so if you would like to take advantage of the opportunity to chat to them please do register as soon as possible to come along. Details of the Open Days and registration is available from the Study Options Open Days website.
