University of Auckland announce new scholarships for postgraduate students

The University of Auckland has just recently announced the opening of the first round of applications for their new International Student Scholarships (Postgraduate).   The scholarships are on offer to students who will be commencing a postgraduate coursework programme at the University.

Winners of the scholarship can receive up to NZ$10,000, and there are 10 available for Semester Two 2016.   Scholarship recipients are chosen based on academic merit, a letter of application and endorsement by the applicant’s academic referee.

Eligible students must have an unconditional offer from the University of Auckland to study a postgraduate diploma or coursework masters programme. The scholarships cannot be deferred to another semester, so those awarded must begin their studies in Semester Two 2016, or reapply for Semester One 2017.

Scholarship applications for Semester Two are currently open here for students who currently hold an offer and will close on 18 May 2016.

Contact Study Options if you would like further information about programmes available at the University of Auckland.  These postgraduate scholarships will once again be available for students commencing the postgraduate studies in Semester One 2017.
