Universities in Brisbane, Queensland

Brisbane is the lively, third largest city of Australia and capital of the state of Queensland. If you fancy living in Brisbane during your university studies, your options could be wider than you think.

Brisbane has one university within the city, but there are also smaller campuses of other Australian universities, and two other universities based just an hour away on the Gold Coast.  The cities are well connected with great road and train links, or you can fly to either city from Sydney.  If you like the idea of living in Queensland but not necessarily in the city, there is also the option of studying at James Cook University in the North of the state.

We recommend keeping an open mind about where in Australia you choose to study because programmes may not be available at all universities.  Air travel is a cheap and efficient method of transport in Australia, so you might also consider choosing a suitable programme at other universities in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Canberra, Hobart or PerthYou can see a list of all the universities that we work with in Australia here.
