I was studying part-time in Copenhagen, while my husband was doing a Biochemistry degree at the University of Copenhagen. I was on the train one day, on my way to work I saw an advert about a study abroad conference, and thought it might be an great way for the two of us to combine our studies with our passion for travel. My husband and I were both able to select the programmes that we wanted to study at Griffith, with the added bonus of being located in Brisbane, which has the most perfect climate.
There have been many great things about studying at Griffith, in particular the outstanding support from lecturers and tutors. They are all genuinely interested in helping you to achieve the best possible result as well as being very approachable. I really enjoy the multicultural environment at Griffith, and the bush setting at the University campus.
The study that I’ve done at Griffith has helped to me realise how important a degree of high quality is, and where it can take me in the future. We have had guest lecturers with the same degree visit and share their experiences and amazing achievements with us, which is really inspirational.
