World-class facilities

With new buildings, modern facilities and vibrant social spaces on campus, it’s never been a better time to be a student at the University of South Australia. The University has invested heavily in new buildings and facilities, totalling more than A$400 million, to make sure students learn in an exciting, innovative environment. Students have access to state-of-the-art learning spaces and the latest technologies, along with enhanced facilities that connect with researchers, industry and the community. Here are some of the highlights.

Iress Trading Room - A state-of-the-art learning facility featuring live market data and financial analysis tools at City West Campus.
Samsung SMARTSchool – One of the most technologically advanced teacher-training facilities in Australia, featuring an array of Samsung technology including large form screens, video walls, outdoor PCs and virtual reality headsets.
Boeing 737 Next Generation flight simulator – Aviation students have access to an exact replica, CASA-certified 737 flight simulator with high fidelity visuals to simulate flying conditions.

Campuses

There are six campuses in total – two in the city centre which are easily accessible to public transport including free bus and tram services and a further two in metropolitan Adelaide which are also serviced by public transport and only 20 minutes from the CBD. There are also two campuses in regional areas outside of Adelaide
